Placing an Order

Once a proof is approved, or once production begins, changes may not be possible. Approval means you are authorizing us to move forward with production based on the proof provided.

Pricing and Payment

Payment must be completed before production begins unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

• spelling or design mistakes in submitted files

• delays caused by shipping carriers
• changes of mind after production begins
